Finished Product Supervisor

Golden Rice is an international standard company, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology for drying, milling and packaging rice for export markets. Beside its rice processing and exporting activities, Golden Rice is developing its own construction and engineering projects, such as industrial building construction, machinery & electrical installation, and R&D on agricultural and electrical engineering.

While expanding its activity, the company is urgently recruiting dynamic individuals to fill the following positions to be based at its factory’s site located in Oudong-Kampong Speu province

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor and control stock of finished products and work-in-progress;
  • Perform quality control of finished products;
  • Update regularly the quantity of finished products;
  • Coordinate with production team to match production and orders from buyers.

Qualification and skills:

  • University degree in management or equivalent;
  • At least 2 years of experience in production or stock controlling;
  • Good personal relation, self-motivated and clear planning skills;
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking;
  • Good computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
